Caterpillar Utility Forks are designed for handling a variety of light materials in farming, ranching and landscaping applications. Primary uses include removal of dry compacted livestock waste, transport of small bales, handling of loose material such as straw and hay, loosening of bedding material and aeration of soil. NOTE: Utility forks are not designed for piercing and carrying large, round bales.
- The light-duty, multi-tined utility fork carriage incorporates a full width, upper torque tube and three lower gussets to protect the carriage against twisting.
- The lower box channel of the carriage is predrilled with a series of holes for various combinations of fork tines. The removable, replaceable pin-on fork tines are produced from hardened, medium carbon alloy rod, which can be re-spaced for better efficiency.
